Privacy Policy

Effective 29 September 2026

Personal Assistant is a private personal automation application operated by its owner. This policy explains how the application handles data made available through Google services.

Google account data

The application may access Google services expressly authorized by the user, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Docs and Google Sheets.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to perform functions explicitly requested or configured by the authorized user. These functions may include email processing, personal briefings, calendar management, document access and other personal automation.

Storage and security

Authentication credentials and operational data required by the application may be stored on systems controlled by the application owner. Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to those systems and credentials.

Third-party processing

Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising. Where necessary to carry out a user-requested automation, data may be processed by services specifically configured by the owner. Such processing is limited to providing the requested function.

Retention

Data is retained only as needed for the operation of the owner's workflows or as otherwise determined by the owner. Access credentials may remain stored until they are replaced, revoked or removed.

Access and revocation

The user may review or revoke the application's access to Google services at any time through Google Account security and permissions settings.
